EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
At DeeRazz, we want you to love what you’ve ordered. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help you with the return process. Please review the conditions and options below:
CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN
• Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date.
• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all labels attached.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe your item is defective or not as described when received, please contact us at info@deerazz.co.za within 7 days. To assist us in resolving the issue, kindly include the following:
• Photos or a short video of the product showing a 360-degree view, with a close-up of the defect.
• Once we receive your email, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you of the next steps, including whether a refund or exchange is possible. You will be informed within a reasonable timeframe, and in all cases, no later than 14 days from our confirmation email. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, you will receive a full refund, including any delivery and return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
